We are looking forward to welcoming you to this year's Club Show on the occasion of the Word Dog Show 2024 in Zagreb.
The club show of our club will take place between the International Spring Dog Show and the WDS on Thursday, 25.04.2024.
We are very pleased that the couple Mrs. Ludmilla Fintorova and Mr. Oleg Fintora have agreed to judge at our exhibition. Dalmatian breeders are well acquainted with the pair through the world-famous kennel "Plum pudding".
The venue, the Sport Center Sveta Nedelja, is located only about 15 minutes by car from the WDS exhibition grounds, offers a covered exhibition area with artificial turf, sufficient space for the exhibitors, a large parking lot, as well as a restaurant.
You can register conveniently via the Online-Dogshow portal, which you can also use to register for the WDS, the International Spring Dog Show, the WDS and the Croatia Winner Show.
Judges
Dogs have always been a part of my life. When I was 19 I started to study at the Academy of Fine ARTS and I got a dalmatian puppy from the first litter in Slovakia. One of my colleagues at school owned his brother and we started to walk our dogs together. In a short time we started a family together.
Our first dalmatians were not real show dogs and we wanted to start a kennel. On a dog show in Budapest we met Mrs Kacens from Luxemburg and we got our first bitch from the best English lines, Y´ cream cake del´Amena Contrada (Farza). After a while we contacted Annie Huisman from Holland and she donated us an outstandig dalmatian Arnoudt van Huis Dalmatho, a very atractive male with beautiful head and a great personality. We starded our kennel Plum Pudding. The descendants from Arnound and Farza become champions and club winner in many countries. And more important for us, a big friendship started with Annie Huisman.
In the meantime 50 years have passed filled with dogs activities. Oleg and I both have judged dalmatians on all kinds of shows: specialties, section and world shows in most countries in Europe and I also judged the national in Sydney and club show on New Zealand.
We found many friends among the owners of our puppies and other breeders and owners.
The features which are important for me in a dalmatian are the personality and character, a beautifully balanced body, excellent easy movement with lot of drive and unaffected (natural) presentation.

The dog show will be held at Sportski Centar Sveta Nedelja and it will be on the artificial grass field enclosed with a baloon in case of a bad weather!
So no tents are needed. Please note that no fastenings of any kind can be installed in the ground and are not permitted!
For those that are participating at WDS or other shows this is only 15 min car ride away from Zagrebački velesajam and WDS!!!

Catering
Hot and cold beverages can be buyed in the Coffee-Shop at the showground.
We share your conviction that being together has a special value. Therefore, we have planned a lunch for the break between the scoring and the best-in-show program. This lunch will include Croatian specialties such as suckling pig and Zagrebački štrukli. Of course, we have also thought of our vegetarian friends and offer corresponding options. The food is served buffet style. -- The lunch is only served after a foreward reservation.
